Chiropratic technique KST (Koren Specific Technique)
At the end of 2003, through research and clinical experimentation, Tedd Koren developed an improved form of chiropractic care. This technique allows for a more careful "patient" analysis and more accurate adjustments that hold better over longer periods of time.
Analysis : In a short time the whole structural system is checked (skull, spine, discs, hips, ribs, sternum, shoulders, arms, legs, hands, feet, ..)
Correction : When adjustment is necessary, the area is corrected using the Arthrostim instrument.
ArthroStim is an instrument of "vibration manipulation" developed by IMPAC technology in Oregon. It has been continually refined and perfected over its 22-year history. It introduces energy / force / information into the body to realign segments and eliminate nerve pressure at a rate of 12 "strokes" per second (12 hertz); it's a fast, precise, low-power, controlled setting.
ArthroStim gives patients a very specific fit, which means that only the segment that is out of position is adjusted; there is no twisting, rotation or "cracking" of the joints. This technique allows adjustment in different postures. This is very important because sometimes a problem can only be reproduced in a certain position (For example, a driver in a car accident (sitting) may not reveal his vertebral lesions or subluxations when he stands up; they must be analyzed and corrected in a sitting position).
One of the specificities of the Arthrostim is the possibility to unlock, to "manipulate" in subluxation posture (ie in the position in which the pain, the blockage appeared).
Adjusting standing people has the added benefit of working with gravity. The body can therefore process the adjustment or correction immediately.
Most people report a feeling of relaxation and well-being as their structural nervous stress (subluxations) relaxes / decreases. Some people feel very relaxed. The next day, some people feel like they have had a good workout, often in places they did not know existed.
In addition, Babies and children particularly appreciate arthrostim.
As for the animals, they relax as the adjustment is made and the result is visible at the locomotor level at the end of the adjustment (manipulation).
Sometimes animals, some horses, refuse the use of arthrostim for fear, in these cases I use basic osteopathic techniques to treat structural blockages.

Une approche complémentaire
La technique chiropratique KST avec Arthrostim ne remplace pas un traitement médical ou vétérinaire.
Elle s’intègre dans une approche globale pouvant être associée à la biorésonance ou à d’autres outils selon l’analyse réalisée.
Ajustement structurel chez le chat à domicile
L'Arthrostim peut également être utilisé chez l’enfant dans une approche douce et adaptée.
Les animaux quant à eux se détendent au fur et à mesure de l'ajustement et le résultat est visible au niveau locomoteur dès la fin de l'ajustement (de la manipulation).
Dans le cas où l'animal refuse l'utilisation de l'arthrostim, celui est remplacé par les techniques d'ostéopathie afin de traiter les blocages structurels.
